Go to the Support Page ( https://help.steampowered.com/ ), search for the game you want to refund. Choose the game, select " i want to get a refund". Then send the request. After that wait, it can take a few hours to 1-2 days till you get a mail back from Steam if they accepted the refund request. Dont play the game any more in that time so you dont reach the 2 hour time limit for refunds.

i have played it for 7 minutes but i dont see a send refund button?

Did you buy the game on the Steam Store? You can only refund games you bought directly on the Store, activating a key does not count.

Also, just read this: store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds and follow the steps.

Select the game.

Select the problem.

"I'd like to request a refund."

"Submit Request"

Refunds on Downloadable Content
(Steam store content usable within another game or software application, "DLC")
DLC purchased from the Steam store is refundable within fourteen days of purchase, and if the underlying title has been played for less than two hours since the DLC was purchased, so long as the DLC has not been consumed, modified or transferred. Please note that in some cases, Steam will be unable to give refunds for some third party DLC (for example, if the DLC irreversibly levels up a game character). These exceptions will be clearly marked as nonrefundable on the Store page prior to purchase.

Did you buy H1Z1 before it was split into 2 games? I see you have nearly 20 hours in the other game.

You probably already refunded too many games thus losing your rights to refund games.

That's happened in order to prevent people from abusing refund system.

Please note that when you're buying a game, it's not only for trying & testing since every game's front page already gives enough information both from the developer & the users either from reviews, specs, or discussions.

Why do I know all this? I got my own warn too. By email. From valve itself.

That's why I'm more careful now when buying any products at steam.

Yes

Then you can't refund the game as you never paid for it. You got it for free.
