Is it the developers who decide? Either because random company just think this or that make more sense or (conspiracy theory) Russian developers who think this make sense and want it this way? =P
Is it decided per game or by Valve per region? I guess if you got Russian prices it would be more ok? I'd be ok with Russian prices =P
yep here in Lithuania all game prices are tier1 i hope this nonsense will clear up and my country will be in Europe again... maybe...
