You mean a trade ban/account suspension, VAC doesn't ban for Scamming.

You can check if your city/county/state/country has an online crime division, but even if they do, you're more likely to be registered for statistical purposes while they spend their time and effort on cases that include a little more zeroes with the money involved, or more serious crimes.

Also, the code he provided at 3:51 (video timestamp) includes the word 'SCAM-MEDM8' which is pretty clear that you were scammed. Unfortunately you should never do 'trust trades' like you did as you simply gave away your items to him, expecting nothing in return. Also failed to mention that scammed items are not returned.

tradehold is 15 days and as you can see in the video there was no yellow bar at the top of the trade window, so OP is 2FA'd and confirmed that he wanted to get scammed on his phone.
