Says pending for a gift but its already taken my money

Day 2 now i've waited no response from support. They already have made unauthorized purchases and now when i try to buy something it takes my money and doesnt give me the product. Any solutions what should i do.

Pending means Valve hasn't got the money yet.
It can turn into;
1. Sucessful - You get the game/wallet money
2. Failed - You don't get the game/wallet money and your money is on hold, your payment processor will return it to you within the next few business days.

The money has been taken out of my account by valve and i dont see why a "gift card" would have any problems since its a swipe and go kinda card. Valve has gotten the money they took it out of my gift card.

No it was not

I sent this account a gift from a new account because steam refused to accept this card anf after trying to buy it repetitively they took about $2 out without me buying anything it just kept rejecting my card. So i heard to counter this problem go onto another steam account and just gift the purchase to yourself. So thats what i did but now again steam has taken my money and giving me nothing in return.

If it's not successful then Valve doesn't have your money, and that falls to my first post, an authorization hold.

if the transaction is still pending, you simply wait until it is successful or it fails.

That is how most of the banking system across the planet works. The fact that it's a gift card means nothing, since it's all checks and balances to keep money where it belongs.

because your random gift card is just a prepaid credit card(check for popular credit card logos). that has the same functionality as a normal one, just limited amount of funds.
