What games can you get coupons on?

Don't know if the list is comprehensive or not It's not, just the current coupons that Coupon Dumpster has available, but:

Longer answer? Whichever devs choose to have coupons.

there is no public list but we know the number of all games on steam, which is about 10000. so in the worst case scenario you have 1 in a 10000 chance to get any% discount coupon for a certain game.

coupons are a freebie, they have in general no trade value and you should not depend on them, what is not neccessary anyway, since we have enough sales on Steam.
