I doubt it. Each game's publisher has to opt in, and I've never heard of anyone getting one for any Rockstar games.

It's censored because they sell stolen keys. Games you buy there can be revoked from your Steam account and they will do whatever they can to weasel their way out of giving you a refund.

There are no GTA5 Steam keys anyway, any GTA5 keys you buy will redeem on Rockstar Social Club, not Steam.
