Report a translation problem
Depends on the game, some games have their save files under the steam library folder
But in a lot of cases you'll find it in the APPDATA folder, and to go there you just have to,
Open a window (File Explorer) type in the address bar "%appdata%" without quotes then hit enter, and from there look for your game and copy that folder to your new system in the same location
Not the best explanation but hope it helps
I use it to sync saves between several PCs.
