about steam user's known aliases
guys i have a one friend. his nickname 'Big Boss' but when i check his profile. its says This user has no known aliases

how its possible ? he used upper case, probably he must change his nickname.

if he never change his nickname. how its possible e-mail with space i mean gap.

who can help me ? i wonder it.

It means that the name has not been changed ever since Steam Aliases were introduced.

I've never changed my name and have no aliases. I'd say it's not too common but it happens.

the displayname can contain spaces. dunno where the confusion is.

Profile names are separate and unrelated to account names, and not subject to e-mail conventions. He set his profile name, caps, spaces and all, and then never changed it. There really isn't anything to be confused about.
