Everything works fine now, even restarted the computer and it works.
Turns out what fixed it was that I went to screen settings in windows and removed the duplicate screens 1-2 to show only on my 27" instead of both 27" and 55". removed the cable for the 55"
and now it works...... wtf!
Everything works fine in the 7.1 headset.
tried switching the cables from the Asus Xonar Phoebus sound card to my Maximus Ranger VIII motherboard and its the same issue.
When I test the speakers in the speaker options only the front speakers makes a noise but when i play spotify or youtube all the speakers and bass works as they should.
Ive removed the HDMI cable from the TV to GPU so now i only have DVI>HDMI from GPU to my screen and its the same.
