Low fps on cs go with amd a6 6400k

My brand new pc runs cs go at 40 - 50 fps while my older 5 y/o laptop gets 70 - 80 fps on the same resoultion and settings. PLEASE HELP. Thanks.

Os: Windows 10
Apu: Amd a6 6400k
Motherboard: Msi a68hm grenade
Ram: 4gb ddr4

Also my laptop has a intel i5 2nd gen and intel graphics 3000.

amd apu is not for gaming, and Intel HD allways better, than amd apu, especially if use crimson drivers, and W10, that laggy like hell
and on desktop you use monitor with higher resolution

So your saying the computer i have wont run csgo above what it does? Also i play on 800x600 resolution.

i'm saying they both not for comfortable gaming on high setting low\middle only,
and CSGO in process to migrate to Source 2 and VulcanAPI (DirectX12), it affected on discreet GPU
I am sure that by the end of the year it may even to stop run on older and slower computers without a separate video card

get a real brand new pc. the apu was released 3 years ago which is basicly 2 hardware generations ago. and erase the term apu/integrated graphics when you wanna game on it.
