Fallout 4's Vault 81 Major Error! Major Texture Glitch! Please Help!

I have a slight graphical issue in Vault 81. All is well when I go through the entrance area of Vault 81, but when I go down the elevator into Vault 81 proper I am met with a sort of cream white everywhere and all of the stairs, tables, etc. are missing! Well they're still there as my player can run into them but completely invisible. All of the visible object such as NPCs and items I can interact with are still there, but have this odd trail effect when I start turning away from them. The strangest part though is occasionally when I was looking around the void some black would appear and would grow until it was covered by another visible object, where it wold then be erased. I got frustrated and started shooting NPCs (Because in Bethesda games, going on a mass killing spree helps me think). When the security shot at me the black void texture started to grow and eventually covered my screen with each hit on me. I only dissipated like an eraser on Microsoft paint when a security officer changed positions.

I have a screenshot if that helps, but have no clue on how to post it.

The exact same thing happened to me, traveled on the Vault 81 elevator and all the background textures like the walls, not the doors, boxes, etc was blurred into a cream white colour, when i shot people they seemed to spray paint everywhere with black sections appearing and disappearing.

Found out what was wrong. I had Elianora's Vault 81 room mod installed and it was causing the grief. Shame, I really like her work.

The worst thing is that Elianora got angry for whatever reason and blocked the mod thread. I've been trying to report the bug there but no way, I don't even know if she's aware of it.

I think its because there were some people stealing her mods and then uploading them on xbox live without permission and without giving credit to her.

A common problem for many modders and Bethesda doesn't give a fart. Probably they secretly encourage it.

I doubt it is her room mod. I don't have any room mods and I have the same problem.
