Duplicated CD key! How to fix?
:steamsad::steamsad: I have buyed the game (TS2014 but when downloading there shows TS2016) much earlier (I think in 2014 year) and used the CD key on my first computer. Now I have new computer (It haven't got CD input) and want to play this game. I tried to do this : ADD A GAME... - Activate a Product on Steam - ''Then I was following the steps'' . But after entering the code there shows : ''The product code you've entered has already been activated by a different steam account...'' That is my account! How can I get the game back and play without buying it again???!!! Can you help me PLEASE ?:steamsad:

games are bound to a Steam account, login to the account where you activated the key.

the duplicate code error message also has a button to send an email to the steam account in question.

Just use the same account you used on your old computer. No need to reactivate the game as it is still on your old account.

I activated the key in my account I think so.

which PC does not matter at all, you have multiple Steam accounts for sure.

as said, the duplicate error message has an email button, that will send an emaul in which the username is also included.

Try to activate the key. Steam will tell you it's already been used. There will be a button in that message to send an email to the owner of the key.

Yes I have clicked on that button several times but no email has been sent to me!
I have clicked it much earlier too but today I havent got an e-mail!

Then it's most likely going to a different email address. Check all the email addresses you have. Also, add noreply@steampowered.com and support@steampowered.com to your contact list.
