Microsoft Basic Render Driver???

so i was going to play the bf1 beta but it says "Detected Microsoft Basic Render Driver driver version unknown" the required drivers are AMD, Nvidia, Intel, etc. Please update your drivers at these websites. before playing the game. why does it say this????

You are using Windows update to update your drivers, are you not ?

You should not unless you have not another other choice. Download them yourself and manually install them yourself from the official source, AMD.

You don't have to make a new post each time. May I please suggest that you help by using the edit feature or wait for a reply.

At this point I would suggest a clean reinstall of your GPU drivers. Use DDU (display driver uninstaller and safe mode) after uninstalling all AMD software from control panel in Windows. The reboot into safe mode and uninstall any remnants using DDU. The reboot into normal Windows and insall the newest Driver fom AMD. That is a clean reinstall of your GPU drivers.

EDIT...Let's get this out of the way also...

You have not posted your system specs, but are you sure your BIOS settings are selecting the correct GPU device in your computer ?

Was is your operating system ?

Is that OS 32 or 64 bit ?
