15 day trade hold but can still trade

hey guys i need help with something, whenever i want to trade it says that i ahve a 15 day trade ban but i can still send and recieve skins, what is the meaning of this?

Only the sending parties in trades need to have met the requirements for there to be no holds.

You can receive items with no holds given the person sending them has met the requirements. For you to send out items from your inventory, you must've met the requirements.

No idea why you'd be able to send skins through first party trading links should you otherwise have holds.

maybe it is 15 day trade hold,not trade ban.trade hold is when you can trade,but it will be hold for a certain number of day.a trade ban is permanent,which mean you cannot trade using that account

If you list something from your inventory to the trading window (don't send it), do you get the yellow prompt on the top?

Sure on that e-mail's date then? You haven't had to re-apply the authenticator within these 7 days, have you?

no, i havent had to reset or do anything, the trade hold thing appeared recently...

ye i can't explain what i was doing there, it just happened and i was mad, i never turned it off though i know that much.
