Read this article that I have linked. This could help you, if not then I would contact steam support and submit a ticket.

You could try to conect the phone company that you were using and see if they can set up some kind of SMS redirect to your phone for any recent messages and then quickly remove the number from your account. I don't know if that will work or not but there is not much that you can do.

my link tranlated for your ignorance:

you basicly lost your phone, since you dumpstered the number.

-
get access to the old number from mobile provider to receive that sms to remove the number from your steam account

-or-

contact steam support and provide proof of ownership for your steam account and they will do it for you.
how do you provide proof of ownership?
examples here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2268-EAFZ-9762
-

i can only show you the door. you're the one that has to walk through it.

Yes providing proof that you are the owner of the Steam account, Steam support will remove the authenticator or will give you the option to change it.
