Can I receive steam payments through PayPal or Payoneer?

I'm about to purchase the steam greenlight fee so I can upload my games to the platform. But before I do, I need to know if I'll be able to receive payment through one of this methods, since in my country I am not able to receive payments through a bank account.

erm, with a registered business you also have to have a legitimate bank account and i can transfer money to venezuela just fine, this is not an issue to anywhere on the planet, except maybe north korea.

and you misunderstood greenlight. you present the game on greenlight, then it has to be voted by the community to be picked. i already know enough devs that don't go over greenlight anymore, since no one really actively browses greenlight and votes for stuff if it was not promoted elsewhere. IF it gets picked, which will probably take more then a year on the normal way, then you can start uploading stuff.

Clearly you misunderstood my question and clearly you have no idea what you're talking about. I am well aware of how greenlight works. My question evidently refers to, in the unlikely event that my game is accepted in greenlight and I do all the necessary and LEGAL process to sale the game here on steam. What will happen when (and if) I earn some money? Will I be able to receive the money? In my country (Venezuela) as far as I know, I can't receive incomes in a different currency like USD, due to economic restrictions and political differences that are not relevant here. The only thing I'm asking is: Would it'll be possible to receive the hypothetical incomes through alternative ways such as paypal or payoneer? Since I'm already receiving renenues from other sites like gamejolt, itch.io and scirra store, via paypal, I don't see how you could smell scam or tax evasion here. It is always advisable that if you do not know what you're talking about or you can not help it is better to not say anything at all.

To further clarify the question to anyone else reading. Is there any other way to receive money from the sales of my games apart from bank to bank transfer? (Of course after passing through the greenlight process and be accepted by the community)
