I need 36 more cents to buy a game but Steam won't allow me to sell inventory items.

I need 36 more cents to buy Arma 3 Apex as a gift, but I won't be able to sell anything untill the summer sale is already over because of the Steam Guard ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. And I don't want to buy a 10 eur gift card only to use less than 4 percent of it.

Is there anything I can do at all? except you know, buy the card and waste 9,64 eur.
