Can I set a Time of Delivery, for a Birthday gift Game?
When i gift a Game can i pick the time it will show up on there account? or dose it get delivered on the same day

You can store the gift in your inventory, and manually send it on their birthday. However there is no built-in scheduling feature I'm afraid.

available since 3 weeks.

@op, this will just deliver the email/giftpopup at that time. what the receiver does with the gift is still up to them, so no stuff gets added to their account automatically.
