Error Code 126 when making a guide
I'm trying to make a guide for a game, Walock 2: The Exiled, but I keep getting error -126. Basically I put a title, picture, description, everything else, but when I try to click Save and Continue this error pops up. How can I fix this?

Edit: Problem solved by either turning off Advanced Stream Control in the Killer Control Center or updating the KCC, both worked. I can't mark my own comment as the answer but you can see it under wuddih's comment which I marked as the answer.

Antivirus history isn't showing anything I can find that would be causing this like a file being removed.

steam settings -> account -> participate in Steam beta update.
restart steam as it requests.

check if it works then, if it does you probably can opt-out of the beta again.

if the issue persists, try to create the guide your normal webbrowser and check if that causes any errors.

Steam beta update has not fixed this. Attempting to create a guide in browser is interesting. I get a message saying The site can't be reached, The webpage at https://ufs0101.steamcontent.com:8699/ugcupload might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ALERT

I've looked up the mac_alert error and I found 3 possible solutions: disable https scanning on my antivirus, update chrome, or set router MTU to 1400. I've tried all 3 and they haven't fixed the problem.

I guess I do cause I have Killer Control Center installed. Anyhow I fixed the problem. I took a look through /r/techsupport and someone said to disable Advanced Stream Detect in Killer Control Center, and that fixed the problem. I also looked it up online and it's recommended you install the newest version of KCC instead of turning the stream detect off, so that's what I did and the problem is still gone.

So problem solved by updating KCC or turning off Advanced Stream Detect in the KCC

Edit: Link to the reddit thread suggesting this in case anyone is curious

that would have been my followup.
glad it is just killer making networking more complicated then it should be.

for the other stuff that could have caused this my default solution would be: reinstall windows ;)

It worked for me. Just disable all of Killer Intelligence Center's actions then all problems are gone. TY
