Youtube Widget Not Loading.

I'm trying to post an announcement in my Steam Group. I want to post a Youtube video but the Widget is not loading. The video just posts up as a URL address and it seems the text formatting isn't working.

I've hunted the forums and the internet and any fix I find doesn't seem to work or is way outdated.

Some help would be appreciated.
