Does the "request to buy % or lower" option sell items instantly?

If you already have an item in the community market, and there are requests to buy for lower price, if you use that option for selling is your item being sold instantly to them or does it delist itself and go back to the market queue

Edit: it is true, the item sells instantly when you put it as requested price and all others have it higher price

No you cannot do this.

EDIT: At your own discretion, you can add extensions that allow you to do multiple things like quick sell, sell at lowest price, and more.

if you go to an item page in the marketplace (any item), you will see on the right side "request to buy" option by other people, and it gives you the option to sell it on the price that they requested, i was just wondering if that sells the item instantly to them
