I don't know, you should contact them.
You have just told paypal that the trasnaction was fraudulent. They will send that to indiegala, who will revoke the key, which will remove it from steam telling them it was purchased fraudulently.
Congrats, you've just outed yourself as a fraud by not using the appropriate refund options available at indiegala.
That being said, with how many people are currently playing the game (guardians of ember) you'd have a hard time selling anyone on THEM being the frauds. Your inability to operate a computer (down to even being able to read what you are doing before submitting a dispute, or doing even a basic google search) is now going to risk your entire steam account.
if you opened a dispute on paypal in order to get a refund that is close to committing fraud. that option is for non-authorized charges and you already stated here that you paid for it, so it was authorized.
which brings me to this...
that is probably the game
and to that:
https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/guardians-of-ember-fantasy#/
and as you can clearly see, the game is still in development and
you paid for funding the development on indiegogo, not for receiving a playable game right after you paid. you can play the game now because they gave you a steam key which gives you access to a version of the game for testing purposes.
if you do not understand this concept, i recommend you to stay away from the words "early access", "indiegogo", "kickstarter" and in general "crowfunding"
I have 500+ hours on Otherland, I don't mind indie games. But not being able to login should be a priority over gameplay hotfixes imho
I am seriously sorry for whatever education system spit you out that poorly prepared for reality.
I suggest you actually read the terms of sale in the future, Indiegogo DID provide you with exactly what you were promised upon delivery. Your failure to understand what that was is no ones problem but your own. Enjoy your account suspension, no one will feel sorry for you.
I was just stating a fact that you must have deep pain to feel the need to lash out at others and attempt to hurt their feelings. Otherwise why are you wasting your time? just to troll, trolls need counseling because they are broken people and that is sad.
