I was banned because I was hacked,
I log into my account and I have a global lock and a vac ban. in cs go

please tell me if you can unblock me?

no one here can help you and you dident get get hacked you get Hijacked thats what happens when you login to other strange site with your steam account or you got scamed over discord or friend chat

No one here can investigate or remove a ban.

Additionally, it does not matter who used your account to cheat.
Both your game ban and your VAC ban are permaennt and will not be removed.

Your account wasn't hacked, it was hijacked.

Accounts are banned if accounts are used to cheat. It does not matter who did the cheating on the acount.

Those bans are permanent.

VAC Bans are permanent and non-negotiable.
Game bans are also extremely unlikely to be removed by the respective Developer.

your name history shows you gave your Steam Login information to an untrusted 3rd party site. For best security of your account, you should never give your login to any site other than Steam or the Steam Client.

You are solely responsible for what happens on your account.


Even if you went to Support, your argument would essentially boil down to you saying "Yes, I was irresponsible with my account security and allowed other people to have access to my account. they used it to cheat. I can offer no guarantee that I won't allow this to happen again."



The VAC bans would be pointless if some excuses could get them lifted, and would lead to a bunch of cheaters just exploiting the system.
