However, as far as trade holds FROM restrictions, there is one way. Trade with a Steam friend that you have been friends with for a year :

It is important to understand the difference between holds and restrictions. I am not sure if this addresses what you asked or not, but we can only really help here with information about trading on Steam.
And this forum is filled with posts, newly seen each day, of people using third party websites and getting their accounts compromised by doing so. So I highly suggest you stay away from them.
Thats not how that works. You have to have the mobile app permanently installed on your phone, which includes using the 2 factor login.
After you have the app installed for 7 days+ all future trade listings will be without holds.
If you uninstall the app at any point you are back to 15 day trade holds at once.
