trading still doesnt work after 15 days of mobile auth?

I wanted to trade my Black Laminate Gut Knife in cs:go, and found a website called loot.farm which has pretty good reviews, and has a ton a skins on. It is a bot trading website, and it told me "Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator and instant trades not active yet". I activated mobile auth then turned it off on my phone, and waited the 15 days. Ive tried again to trade over the past few days, but nothing is working. any answers as to what instant trades are/how to turn them on? thanks.

Be glad it is not working for use on those third party sites, because using them can get your account compromised. I suggest you stick to trading on Steam, and all the restrictions are listed here :

they do seem shady and stuff, but is there any way other that i could trade up with someone for a specific skin?

There is no way to remove trading restrictions on Steam, as per the support page that I linked.

However, as far as trade holds FROM restrictions, there is one way. Trade with a Steam friend that you have been friends with for a year :

What is a trade hold?

A trade hold is a period of time after a trade is accepted by both parties where the items traded are held by Steam before they are delivered. Trade holds last up to 15 days. If you're trading items with a friend, and you've been friends for more than 1 year, the hold is 1 day.

It is important to understand the difference between holds and restrictions. I am not sure if this addresses what you asked or not, but we can only really help here with information about trading on Steam.

And this forum is filled with posts, newly seen each day, of people using third party websites and getting their accounts compromised by doing so. So I highly suggest you stay away from them.

yeah im not quite sure how bot trading works, but when i checked my market after disabling mobile auth it told me i could trade with a person im not already friends with for a year and use the steam marketplace after 4/23/22. the steam restriction is lifted, but when i tried yesterday the trade said "Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator and instant trades not active yet." (on the website)

Thats not how that works. You have to have the mobile app permanently installed on your phone, which includes using the 2 factor login.
After you have the app installed for 7 days+ all future trade listings will be without holds.
If you uninstall the app at any point you are back to 15 day trade holds at once.

no, i still have the app installed and stuff, i just turned off the mobile auth. im not removing it from my phone, i assumed it would give me another trade hold
