Steam downloading speed stuck at 0KB/s

It's been too long since i had that issue, I need help to fix it.
My top speed is 90MB/s but still, steam stops at 0KB/s very often for no reason.

With every DLCs & free maps, it is 336 GBs, i removed some so now it weights around 150.
Still, taking ages .. Gah.

Well if you have plenty of space and even with that three times allowance it still keeps you WELL under your 90% usage, then it's likely your hard drive playing up.

What I would recommend is once this is finished, to look up an intensive disk scanning utiltity online (don't use the inbuilt windows one as it tends to miss stuff). It will take a few hours to run through as it needs to check a lot.

That will give you an indication of what's wrong. It could even be there's some sectors of your disk that is problematic and you're only now just using them.

Off hand no sorry. I'm afraid it's going to be down to you to google something free - maybe a tech support site might offer a suggestion? It's a bit out of my remit.

I still having the same problem bro, when I download a game on steam, the M2 disk goes to 100% usage, and the download bottleneck to 1mbps, sometimes 0 mbps. This ONLY happens with steam, Ea Games download max speed (60mbps)
Did you fixed this?, I tried disabling disk cache on windows, and the problem stills...
