That means you're having network issues somewhere.
That might help you figure out what the problem is and what you need to try, if not simply waiting in some cases :

IPv4 addresses are not unique anymore. As there are more humans (7 billion) than IPv4 addresses (4.2 billion), ISPs have chosen to route users together on an identical IPv4 address. This technique is known as CGNAT.
1. Clear your cookies and browser cache
2. Restart your router and hope your ISP gives you a new IPv4 address
3. run the following: ipconfig /flushdns
thenafter, try again.
I did all of that before coming here. And steam works fine with a VPN, its just with my regular connection that i get the issue. I cant even access this forum without a VPN.
Oh, and i use ipv6
Again that page is a very normal 500 error on the steam server side. People get that all the time when the CDN for that site goes down or has a problem for some reason.
all that's happening is that you're being direced to one set of servers off the VPN and another set on the VPN
Hell the current 'ban' on steam china is in fact a DNS cache poisoning attack. Which is bascially the same concept. Your DNS cache has bad information or points to a bad server
Yeah, its related to akamai. And its 100% guaranteed the result of excessive requests i made with the API when trying to import nearly 5000 games, all the metadata, images and screenshots to Launchbox.
My ip is temporarly restricted from accessing the servers, this is the issue. Im asking here how to fix it, i know what caused it.
You've said several times different things and "YOU KNOW what it is" but haven't said what happens when you've tried any of the suggestions people have offered you.
So what happens after each of them?
I didnt say "different things" i said this happened when i used the API to import ♥♥♥♥ to launchbox;
Absolutelly nothing was suggested, only some people trying to wrongly correct me. And obviously i tried the brainless steps of flushing myu DNS and resetting my router.
All i know that akamai is blocking my IP and it happened minutes after i used the API provided by steam to import my library, which made nearly 17000 requests (the API has a limit of 100000 requests).

If you're making a thread asking for help then claiming you know the answer when people bother to respond, and IGNORE their suggestions, do you realise how rude that is?
So please, tell us what happened when you tried the suggestions. Not only can it help you, but it can help us work out and get to the bottom of the problem.
Reading might be hard for you. I claim i know WHAT CAUSED the issue, if i knew how to fix it or if any suggestions like "have you reseted your router, sir" had fixed my issue i wouldnt be here.
Reading is fine for me, so stop doging and making excuses.
The fact is you haven't answered those questions so even if it they were trivial answers you STILL respond with what happens.
So what happened?
