Relatar um problema com a tradução
What message do you see that tells you that you cannot use the card or how is it that you know you cannot use it ?
In other words, how will "it not let you use it" ?

It "sounds" like as you said..........they are simply on hold and when verified, the hold will go away and the funds will be available, just from what we know so far that has been posted.
Note that in some cases your credit card company may place a hold on funds in your account,but you will not be charged. After correcting any errors in the information displayed below. Please try your purchase again
Sounds like you should do what the message says first, and check with the source of where you got the card. Make sure it is not as said, that funds were not placed on hold by that source.
Search the linked results I posted above for that exact error message, and you might find someone that this has happened to before that can maybe give clues as to what you need to do or what to expect.
It is vitally important you answer our questions. The fact that you keep dodging questions like this strongly suggest you're not being honest with us.
