2. Have you tried disabling audio devices, making sure your Headset is correctly plugged in to one of the audio ports. If this is the front of your PC, try plugging it into the rear of the PC, the Audio port there is usually much better when it comes to quality and lack of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI).

If you're using a controller and have your headset plugged into that instead of directly into your PC, then make sure the correct audio device is selected in audio settings. This happened to me months ago.
I already have it set as default before I launch the game. The audio goes through the headset on things like YouTube. It just never does on any games.

I have a desktop pc (windows 10 home) Should I uninstall sound mixer? I have heard people say that before.
