If i Going to factory reset my phone with steam mobile guard,,, am i need to wait 1 week for trade ?

15 days from memory wait if you factory reset and relink. Remember to unlink before or you might have headaches dealing with relinking after.

Transfer Guard back to email, reset phone and then transfer back to phone. This may only result in a 3-5 day cooldown. Whatever you do, don't disable Steam Guard or remove it from a device.

If your phone number isn't changing, simply redownload the app and follow the prompts to reactivate the Steam authenticator via transfer. Since you are factory resetting the phone, it will assume it's a new phone (even though it is still the same) but the same number and you can bypass the 15 day restriction.
