Badges not showing up

Hello! I was wondering why a few badges of mine are not showing up. When I go to my badges I can see their names but I cant see their picture or when I achived them. All of these badges that I'm talking about are from either voting on games or Sales and are older then 2017. Any solutions out there?

some event type badges display "empty" when you have not got them.
others will not see that, just you.

Steam is odd ngl. I dont even know how I havent noticed them
