Loosing steam play hours: Steam library play hour does not update to steam profile

For example on Elder scrol online the play hour is 255 in steam library and in steam profile it shows 233 no matter how much i refresh to try and update. After a while or when i restart steam it just resets my library hour to 233 hours as well. I tried log in and log out and searching for solutions but no luck.

Tho the game is online so it needs connection also i was on steam friend network the whole time and it didnt show any disconnections there either so i am very confused.

I dont know if the server is laggging behind in counting the game times or something because everytime i refresh the profile total game hours decrease by 0.1 hours

the playtime on the profile is the "correct" one. definition of that may differ but thats the one that gets stored and synced.

that noted ... you do not own mentioned game on the count you are talking with here.
interacting with different accounts on the same Steam installation can sometimes have weird inconsistencies.

I am not sure if i have mentioned this but the I am also loosing hours in the steam profile. For example it said "496 hours past 2 weeks" then when i check a few hours later it goes to "480 hours past 2 weeks" so I dont know what steam is counting and what is going on?
