Steam support deleting my tickets
So, I've sold my items from cs go from my alt account and decided to get some games on summer sale to gift on my main account, please note I've never sent a gift from this account to any accounts, so I bought Rust, gifted to my main acc, all good, now I wanna get another game and they actually restricted me from sending gifts via steam wallet so I've made a ticket explaining them that it's my main account the one receiving the games, and told them to check that on December 2020 the credit card that was used on my alt account is also attached to my main account so that's a strong proof that is my main account and that I'm not reselling games, also told them to check the ip logs for both accounts to check the ip and desktop machine that have accessed these 2 accounts to see they're the same, and guess what? They've deleted my request, like wtf? Then I've made a new ticket, guess what happened with that one? Deleted again so kudos to steam customer support team for treating their customer like ♥♥♥♥. Keep it up lads. Dreaming for the day when someone will actually launch something similar like your platform so I can leave this garbage platform.

If your tickets are getting deleted without a comment it sounds like your account is compromised.

Is there anything listed here ? - https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

If so your account is compromised

Nope, nothing listed here

No one has access to my account except for me, I also got steam guard so it's quite hard to hack it I guess

There is no hacking - if you give away your credentials including a live auth code to a phishing site, those can be instantly login-botted into a real client and your account shadow-hijacked. Tickets closing is a sure sign of being hijacked whereby the scammers have botted any help requests sent (which include) refunds to be automatically closed. Do the steps I would and then try again.

I never gave my credentials to no one or logged with my steam acc on shady websites

Thing is before deleting my last two tickets they 've actually replied to one of my tickets telling me I can no longer send gifts using steam wallet

Again it sounds more like your account has been compromised and your attacker is closing tickets

Support doesnt delete tickets they close them

Well if this is a case whereby they have made a final decision and you are still pestering them about it, then any requests submitted about it will be closed. If you keep spamming them, you get a 3 month community ban and then a permanent one after that.

On the slim chance that it may have, consider taking steps to secure account.

But how can they restrict if I have proof that I'm actually sending the gift to my main account? Wtf is wrong with their policies?

tickets do not disappear, they are closed or merged. they are automatically "deleted" 2-3 months after being closed.

your follow up tickets were about the same stuff, then check your first ticket.

Were you region rigging currencies? Support see and know everything about users activity and intentions and they will not take such strict action with substantial proof of circumstance.

I got double auth, steam guard, there is no one else accessing my acc except for me, I actually work as a Information security analyst in real life that's what I do for a living, fighting the hackers, so trust me my network and all my accounts are secure af xD

If you work in that capacity then you'd know there is no such thing as 'hacking' when it comes to phishing. Strange how all the self-proclaimed experts in this field get the basics wrong...

Nope, didn't change the region, I really didn't break any rules this is why I am so pissed it isn't even about the money, the game I wanna get is 8 euro, I can afford it, it's just how they're handling this situation that really pisses me off
