CPUs tend to have their max tems stated on the website of those who made them.
Being slightly below max temp might be ok.
But i would not call that normal.
Also is that in winter or summer?
They made progress, not these 63 C max anymore.
Up to 95 i would also worry about other components.
75-80 in idle? Definitely too high for that CPU.
During games where the CPU is fully taxed? Still a bit high but not unusual.
I have a 2600x with the standard cooler, it idles around 40 °C degree on the desktop and normal surfing, goes up to around 70+ when gaming.
56*C - 60°C Idle and 75°C-80°C on a game (the max temp i record was 81°C)
Did you build the system yourself? You could take a look if the cooler is placed correctly on the CPU and maybe apply new thermal paste.
How is the rest of the case looking? Good airflow? Front/back ventilation?
All factors that can influence the idle temperature in the case.
Like already said before, you are still "good" with your current temperatures and still have some room before you reach the ceiling of your CPU.
But in general i would always try to keep the CPU as cool as possible depending on the tasks it performs.
Just raises the lifespan of the CPU overall.
But fundamentally your CPU is able to run at fairly high temperatures (80C-ish) pretty much forever.
If you think the temp is too high, adjust teh fan curve on teh CPU to be more aggressive.
But there has been one question overlooked - as you're in Chile, what's the current AMBIENT ROOM temperature? If it's highish, or in the 70s then that explains why the idle temp is high. It ain't going to be BELOW ambient.
