I moved to other country.
I bought a game at an offline gaming retailer shop.
It's a Steam game and I need to redeem the key into Steam, but can't redeem because other country.

So I don't want to pay to buy another game to change region.
I already paid to buy the game, I want to change region of account.

I think Steam should set a system for testing payment systems in each country. Like sending an SMS and paying 0.01cent.

I don't want to pay to buy another unnecessary game to change region.
How can I change my store region?

you bought a key that is from a different region, that is not a steam issue. this is between you and that site. talk to them about correcting the issue, they sold you the wrong region of the game.

this is between you and the site you bought from.

your store should only be set to the region you physically live in and have a valid billing address for.

It's not online site, just local gaming store.
It's old country account, I haven't bought any game from Steam after I moved to new country.

No... I moved to B country from A country.
I am living B country, I bought a DVD game include Steam code at offline gaming shop.
I tried to redeem it, it's only for B country(not for A), so I want to change A to B country.

If you read the link posted by wuddih in comment #8, then you can change the country the next time you purchase something from Steam using the new payment method with address and currency applicable to the new country that you reside in. Thereafter, that is after you have changed your country, then the code should activate. Otherwise you might try, as the linked page suggests toward the end, to contact Steam support.

Yes I read but I already had a DVD including steam code, just bought.
Do I need pay another for change region? I don't feel necessary, it's weird system.
