but more to your point, it is a common vulgar phrase in Spanish. sucks that it isn't in Serbian, so blame those that changed the meaning of the word for you.
It's their forums, they don't need to explain anything to you.
But as explained, it's a not so nice word in Spanish.

As others have said, it’s a rude word in Spanish. The word filter might be capable of blocking the word in one language while letting it through in another, or it might not - I wouldn’t know.
I doubt it works like that.
the romanized writing is an insult in other languages.
In my opinion it's not ok to censor a word from 3 languages because it means something bad in one language.
"P.u.t.a" translated from Bosnian/Serbian/Croatian to English means "Times"
And that word is used a lot of times.
Around 30 million people speak those 3 languages, 400 million + speaks spanish. So it makes no sense to not filter a word the majority of speakers would find highly offensive....
"I went to the store on 5 occasions this week."
Words should be censored based on the language you're writing in.
So if you're writing post in Spanish and say for example "♥♥♥♥ Madre" it should be censored.
But if you're writing in Serbian and say for example "mnogo ♥♥♥♥" (many times) it shouldn't be censored because it's nothing bad.
Steam only censors bad words from some languages.
So they should make Steam recognize those languages before censoring regular words.
♥♥♥♥ translated to Serbian is "Kurva"
I can say to someone that their mother is Kurva without getting censored.
But I can't say that I played that game only twice (Igrao sam tu igricu samo dva ♥♥♥♥)
Unfortunatley filters are not that advanced
Then why Steam wouldn't be able to recognize it for only those few languages that have swear words censored?
