Steam Support Working Hours
Hey everyone,

I was looking for an information but couldn't find it anywhere. I wanted to ask if anyone knows what are the steam support working hours? I'm looking for an exact time at their time zone.

Its most likely based on US time, since they have their office in Seattle I would guess around that time and standard working hours.

They have outsourced the majority of the support staff.

True, i think they are working much longer than standard Seattle working hours.

Steam support should have real 24/7 coverage, of course slightly reduced on weekends.
over 1000 people in several "outsourced" locations.
