This will only be my 2nd refund and i normally just dont refund. If i do end up refunding again do you think they will allow me to refund in the future?
Probably just gonna play it safe and not get it again. Would much rather save the $30 and make it so I can refund games in the future. I did send an email to their support asking if it would be ok. Unless I get confirmation from them I’ll probally hold off.
Meaning, if you played for 90 minutes the first time, then refunded and buy it again, you only have 30 minutes left before you are outside the refund time limit.
Apart from that there is no penatly buying and refunding the same game multiple times.
Steam will warn you if you refund too much. Multiple times. Only if you still continue after those warnings will your refund rights be revoked.
This.
If you play an hours on one purchase, then an hour on a second, that counts as two hours of play time.
That is for Valve to decide. They won't revoke one's ability to refund just because they refuned the same game while with in the refund rules.
There's a reason playtime is cumulative as that pretty well takes care of abusing it.
Ok. I have 30 min in my first play. If i rebuy and decide in another 30 min its not right for me, im good? If so thats perfect and I'll get the game later. Thanks for all the help!!
