Can I run Rocket League on my laptop?

I really hope rocket league works on my cmputer.
The reccommened specs for rocket league are 2.4 GHz Dual 4 gb ram.
My laptop has i5-4200, 2.3 Ghz, 4 GB RAM
Will it work and run smoothly?

running "smoothly" is relative. for me it is sub 10ms ping and min 150 fps. for you this might be something else.

considering you never mentioned a gpu i assume you are using the embedded one that is "on the cpu" which is an intel hd 4400 then you probably see something like this

Yeah I have Intel Core i5-4200 CPU and those videos do look smooth to me
