fonts for typing.
So this is something I like to ask about, When i see peoples profiles they have different fonts, and thinking how do they get them, i thought you just go to note pad or WordArt and just copy a font and send it to your profile, but no, won't work. use the skins on the steam files but that changes the look of your steam page when logging in, NO i want the format that you can put on your profile and make it look amazing, I want to know if anyone knows how they can help me with that, i would really love you if you help me. ty for reading.

What do you mean by "format"?
the different styles when you type
Fonts
there are no fonts on Steam.

steam uses one font and the fancy crap you see is part of the utf-8 palette of characters.

http://steamcommunity.com/id/Princess_of_Nightmares If you see this profile, you will see she uses differnt fonts in her profile, I am wondering how I can use those styles for my profile.
http://www.messletters.com/en/ No worries, i found a website that allows me to use differnt font styles for my steam profile
They're not "fonts." It's ascii and unicode.

BossGalaga: I'm talking about the styles of fonts, 𝒇𝓸𝓷𝓽, 𝕗𝕠𝕟𝕥 these are styles not ascii and unicode. Look for yourself.

they are unicode characters in utf-8 encoding, neither fonts nor styles nor fontstyles.

a font is a set of data with an interpretation of how to render these characters. a style is at most a reinterpretion or modification of the base interpretion of a font. italic is a style, which you know from your word processor is a modifier of an existing symbol, not a complete different character.

arial, helvetica, verdana are fonts. currently you are most likely to look at arial in sans-serif. why most likely? the 3 fonts i named are grouped in a font family, based on what the displaying system has, it uses on of them, all 3 support different amounts of the utf-8 table, so it is likely that your fancy text does not look the same on all systems.

They are Unicode. An example is the unicode block Letterlike Symbols
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Letterlike_Symbols

Easiest way to make text in them is to find a text generator/converter. Typing out whole sentences using the Alt+keypad would be a very time consuming process even if you knew the correct codes for each character off the top of your head.

Yeah, I'm on my phone right now. I just see the boxes with the X's which means it's not supported in the Steam mobile app, at least not on my Galaxy. Like I said, unicode. How it displays can vary depending on your device/browser.
