Be thankful you didn't get a perm ban, either apologise to the dev and see if they're will to re-consider or wait it out.
Having 400 hours in a game doesn't magically give you the right to do so.

Those who complain about moderation usually need it hte most
Give the two previous ones as well, that most likely contributed to your one month. Next time the developer may decide on a permanent one, so I suggest rethinking how you post.
If you wish to discuss the ban with the banning moderator, I suggest replying to the ban message as discussing moderation is not allowed.
If you can't do so that way, then contact the game's developer.
