steam says i am unavailable to trade.
i am tryin to trade skins with friends and it tells me i am unavailable to trade. i see nothing about me being trade banned anywhere. can somebody try to help me fix this please

i figured it out im trade banned because i recently changed my steam password :/

That is a restriction, not a ban.

Recent Password Reset

If you forget your password and need to reset it (note: this is different than changing your password), you will be restricted from trading and the Community Market for 7 days. If your account has not had any activity for more than two months, these restrictions will apply for 30 days. We do this to help protect users who lose access to their email account.

You can change your password from the settings panel in the Steam Client. This restriction only applies to password resets, ex: done via https://help.steampowered.com or by Steam Support.

i am trying to withdraw my skins to my rust account on skinport but when i try it says We received an error message from Steam that you are currently unable to trade. More information and reasons you get from Steam when you try to trade with any person. In most cases, your password, mobile phone number or email address in Steam has recently changed. Once this issue is resolved, you can request your items at any time again. If you need help with this issue, please contact our support.
