My name wont change.

So i was trying to change my name after i tried to clear my name history and nothing happened. Can someone help?

restart your pc if that dosent work reinstall steam

do not re-download steam do this. go to your profile click edit profile change your name then click at the bottom "save changes" then once thats down close steam and restart your pc

you cannot change your name as often and as fast as you want. if the system thinks you are doing it too much, then you are blocked off for a certain time.

i wasnt blocked off. It just didnt allow me to change my name for whatever reason.

It might be a problem with profiles. They're loading weird and friends name changes aren't taking effect

Hey I'm currently having this issue now. Where I tried to hide my steam name history but whenever I go to the setting sand try to change my name nothing happens!
