WHY IS EVERYTHING IN RUSSIAN
I just got on today and everything is in Russian! My language prefrences are set to English, and nothing else.

Are you using a vpn for any reason? Even if that vpn is being used outside of steam? Or maybe your ip recently changed and steam thinks you are close enough to Russia to be included in that pool.

My IP has not recently changed and no VPNs. I restarted Steam and now I'm stuck with this lol. Also, live on the East coast of the USA.

alternatively for the next time also steam settings -> webbrowser -> delete cache and cookies should do the job.

Do you mean the website while using Steam? Or website using your browser? Or the Steam client and all the menus?

Try exiting steam and restarting it, or restart your PC.

try the webbrowser stuff i added in my previous post. those cookies are just for steam client.

https://store.steampowered.com/account/languagepreferences
set language to something else, save, and back to english again, save. restart steam.

also i forgot to ask .. is the client in russian?
steam settings -> interface -> set to english.
