Can my lenovo ideapad 310 run high quality games without damaging it and keep running fast and be usable for school
my school pc has more ram then my desktop and am thinking about installing games like cs go but am wondering if it will slow down or damage the pc its a lenovo ideapad 310 and specs are

Well, even if the integrated Intel Integrated 620 Graphics chip is fairly new its still not really meant for gaming like a dedicated GPU. You are safe with 2D games in general and older 3D games that are not that demanding. You wont be able to play any current 3D games on it, at least not at playable FPS.

That review has multiple modern game benchmarks for it. So check it out to get a feeling for what you can play.

I dont see why not, CSGO has fairly moderate requirements. Should not be a problem.
If a game is not running it does not use any ressources on your pc so no game should impact the performance of your laptop when you use it for something else.
