Tf2 Voice Chat Problem

Ok so im probably dumb but on tf2 whenever i press V to speak it says Voice communication is not enabled for this account. Same thing with text chat. is there any way to fix thuis

well ol valve has stopped limited accounts or free to plays from chatting in text or in voice cuz of bots so you gotta spend 5$ to be able to chat sorry

That was a temporary solution against the bots. They said they will be looking for something else to counter bots, but at the moment, this is the best they got.

Can't really say greedy, they just dont know how to organize themselves and what the community really needs.

i have spent 5$ and made my acc premium but i still cannot text or speak in game
