Steam games don’t work on my iPad or iphone

I just bought Political Machine 2020 and it shows up in my library, but when I tap it in my library to play it, nothing happens, literally nothing. I tried to get it to work on both my iPad and iPhone, and neither worked. Any ideas or suggestions??

You can't play them directly on your phone or tablet. You can stream it to Steam Link, requires a PC/MAC.

Read the System Requirements for future purchases. You'll discover that neither iPad or iPhone is a supported platform.

IOS is not supported by steam. Each game has system requirements, and tells you exactly what the game is supported on. I suggest checking these before making future purchases.

When did you buy this account, OP? Who sold or gave it to you? Because... that's not what Steam does. It sells PC games.
