i wanted to write the this in my previous post but i had hopes you are not a price exploiter.
disclaimer:
you pay in the currency Steam presents to you for the country you are physically residing in. per SSA everything else is price exploitation and will lead to an account suspension.
and if you wanna drag on price comparisons, please do so with a significant list of random games and do not base your argument on non-empirical research f.e. a single AAA publisher game
the price is not 30/40% higher if you pay in ILS.
it is approx. average +7-8% compared to USD.
that is what the usage of Valves price recommendations will result in.
AAA publishers do of course not use Valves price recommendations.

Do keep in mind what you're attempting to do will put your account at risk. Valve is contractually obligated to charge you for the predetermined price for where you reside. If you take steps to circumvent that they will lock your account.
