Steam not replying to refund request
Steam [Or the bot] is not replying to my refund request (it has been 1 day and 6 hours)
I bought a game that does not even start up on my main computer, it only starts up on my bad computer that can not even run the game smoothly. I have spend 38 minutes on the game and 14 days have not passed.

I was wondering if 14 days passed and if the steam bot replies after 14 days passed would it says i have passed the 14 day policy?

No. You are fine. The time owned is locked in the moment you request the refund.
Oh ok thank you so much

"You will be issued a full refund of your purchase within a week of approval."
=
you allow them 7 days to answer your refund request.
It says after a week of approval (Of the refund) . Not until the request is approved? When i go to see the request it shows the "OPEN" status

Also, it's not a bot. All refund requests are reviewed by an actual person as inferred from the following...

If you feel that there has been an error in the handling of your refund inquiry, please submit another request at help.steampowered.com. The request will be reviewed by another Valve employee.

Users think a copy/paste reply is just a bot. It is not. There are too many requests/tickets to have personalized reponses for everyone.

Actually it has been confirmed that its a bot. Was a thread about a week ago. A user wrote Steam Support and they clearly stated in their answer that its a automatic system.
He posted their whole reply.
Only if you ask for the refund a second time after it has been declined a human will look at it.

Searching, was about a week or two ago. A user had their refund request denied and opened a ticket with Support, complaining that he explained his special problem.
And the answer from Support was basically that the first refund request its fully automatic and thats why it got declined. He then got the refund granted by Support because it was some special case. But no luck finding the thread at the moment. Was here in the Help and Tips section and that moves a lot in 1-2 weeks.

Are you sure? the word "another" implies otherwise (see post #7). If it was the first time I think it would say "will be reviewed by a Valve employee"...not "another Valve employee"
