100% Disc Usage Whenever Steam Is Running
I have been getting 100% disc usage on my task manager whenever steam is running. It is not caused by superfetch or other issues as i have tried it all. My disc usage goes back to 0% whenever the steam app is exited. Anyone has any ideas how to fix this?

edit: right, im using a high-end PC with a gtx 1060..

Norton anti virus

Have you whitelisted your Steam directories? Or tried disabling your anti-virus while using Steam?

Very likely what is happening is Steam is triggering your anti-virus to do file scans causing significant disk usage.
